We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Brand Manager for our Professional (B2B) Coffee Business in EE cluster (Georgia, Belarus, Moldova, Azerbaijan, Armenia). This role requires a proven track record in B2B marketing, combined with a deep understanding of the professional channel landscape, including media strategy, customer engagement, and communication approaches. The ideal candidate will bring strategic vision, operational excellence, and the ability to elevate our brand presence and commercial performance in the professional segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the B2B marketing strategy for the professional coffee segment, including in-depth market analysis, competitive landscape assessment, and identification of trends in coffee consumption and product innovation.
  • Drive the development and positioning of the JDE Professional brand, ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints, including website, Instagram, and other owned media channels.
  • Ensure alignment with key stakeholders by leading strategic discussions, presenting marketing initiatives, and securing approvals for major campaigns and product launches.
  • Manage and optimize the professional marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and ROI-driven decision-making.
  • Plan and execute integrated media campaigns, including digital, content, email marketing, and lead generation programs tailored to the B2B audience.
  • Lead the planning and execution of brand presence at industry events, trade shows, and other relevant forums to enhance visibility and credibility within the professional channel.
  • Support go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including messaging, customer communication plans, and internal sales enablement.
  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships, collaborating with sales teams, R&D, and external vendors to ensure flawless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Lead cross-sell initiatives and category development, including crockery and accessory offerings that enhance the coffee experience.
  • Oversee new product development (NPD) for coffee and non-coffee categories from concept to launch.
  • Coordinate the development and implementation of POSM materials in colaboration with sasel strategy department, ensuring impactful brand visualization and tailored customer communication tools.

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in marketing, ideally within the FMCG or coffee industry.
  • Track record in business development and channel strategy creation, with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Solid understanding of the B2B customer journey and complex sales cycles in professional channels.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging tailored to different audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach, with a focus on performance metrics, KPIs, and continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Proven ability to build strong, value-adding partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong passion for brand building, with a successful track record in integrated campaign development and creative execution.
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English and Russian (both spoken and written) is required.
